Key nested installs from their own lockfile
A checkout in a subdirectory needs a cache key for that dependency graph.

Key nested installs from their own lockfile
The shared setup action added a cache-dependency-path input, and trusted nested checkouts passed their own pnpm-lock.yaml. This adapts cache-key granularity to checkout layout.
- Use it when
- A shared setup action serves multiple working directories or independent dependency graphs.
- Before applying it
- Installation still runs after a cache hit. Preserve frozen lockfiles, platform and package-manager compatibility, and trusted/untrusted cache separation.
